
Lynae Tucker-Chellew
Lynae Tucker-Chellew combines her knowledge of trauma-informed communication strategies with persistent advocacy and empathy to help her clients feel respected and valued.
While attending DePaul University in Chicago, Lynae found her passion for helping people who have experienced trauma. This passion led her to attend law school in her home state of South Dakota, where she interned with the Sioux City Human Rights Commission, evaluating discrimination claims predominantly in the areas of pregnancy, sexuality, and disability discrimination.
Lynae offers legal representation in a variety of practice areas and helps domestic violence survivors and their families in multiple ways through local non-profits. Working with Lynae means receiving legal services that are driven by the client’s goals and priorities and crafted to work within the confines of each specific case and the legal requirements impacting it.
