Hannah Frankel
Hannah Frankel is an associate attorney at Dornan Law Team whose practice focuses primarily on family law, juvenile law, and criminal defense. She is known for her skilled ability to navigate a variety of legal issues including complex custody disputes, contentious divorce matters, juvenile justice proceedings, CPS investigations and filings, and criminal offenses, such as sexual assault and domestic violence allegations. Hannah brings a balanced mix of assertive advocacy and practical problem-solving to every case while providing authentic and indefinite compassion to her clients and their families.
Hannah has had substantial trial experience early in her career—obtaining three criminal jury trial victories within her first two years of practice. She has also achieved an exceptional federal criminal jury trial win, a notable and rare accomplishment, as only approximately 0.4% of federal criminal trials result in an acquittal for the Defendant.
In juvenile court, Hannah has represented hundreds of clients across a wide spectrum of matters. Her work includes defending youth charged with criminal offenses, advocating for parents facing the potential termination of their parental rights, and representing grandparents seeking to intervene to obtain custody or placement of their grandchildren. She also handles Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) guardianship and custody cases, helping children who have faced abuse, neglect, or abandonment secure stability and pursue lawful immigration status.
